In this show it will tell you how to use a pressure point to help promote bone growth, and prevent osteoporosis. As everybody knows calcium is a very important nutrient in the human body, from birth to old age, we need enough calcium everyday from a variety of foods, including milk. Lack of calcium for many elderly people can result in back pain or bone fractures. The Chinese point what we are talking for is the Taixi Point, can help promote bone growth and help prevent osteoporosis. This point is on the midpoint between the ankle and the Achilles tendon. Bring your right leg onto your left leg with your right hand. Then put some skin cream or olive oil on the tip of the thumb and massage the area for five minutes in an upwards motion. Switch legs and repeat this action. The best time to do this is before bedtime because the calcium levels are lowest at night, so drink warm milk and press the area before bedtime.
The Dazhui Point is a very important pressure point. The ancient Chinese called it “the center of all Yang Energy.” The point is located on the highest point of your back. The Dazhui point has many useful purposes for the body, such as improving immunity, stimulating the production of antibodies, restraining the growth of tumors, improving one’s lung capacity, and so on.
So how do we find this point? First lower your head, and with your fingers follow downward along your neck. You’ll find a protruding bone, this is the Dazhui Bone; below this bone is an indent, it’s very easy to find, this is the Dazhui Point.
There is a very simple method for massaging this point; you can do this at home or outdoors. Just find a doorway or a tree, and stand with your back against it. Move from left to right, stimulating the point.
