In this show it talk about health care of the chest. Here is the massage method. First, sit or lie down. Rub your chest with your left palm, from the left upper chest, to the right lower chest. Then with the right palm, rub from the right upper chest to the left lower chest. Repeat this motion with each hand thirty times. Then, rub your chest with both hands, first clockwise, then counter-clockwise, thirty times.
Women may also do this method while grasping the breast. First cross the lower arms. Then hold the left breast with the right hand and the right breast with the left hand. Next, grasp the breast with the fingers. One cycle consists of both grasping and releasing the breast once. Repeat the cycle thirty times. Massaging the chest may invigorate yang, promote qi energy, and is also useful for improving blood circulation, and enhancing the functions of the heart and lungs.

Internet Rules Rural China

A small village in rural China populated by people who appear to be living a simple life, and perhaps not somewhere you would expect to find an internet connection.

Yet, according to the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Chinese people living in remoter areas such as this are increasingly getting hooked up to the internet

More than half of China's population is still classified as rural – but that doesn't mean they are not eagerly taking advantage of everything the internet has to offer.

Of China's 400 million internet surfers, about 100 million of them are rural residents.
Rural Arts Return To Roots

In rural villages across China, performing arts have often been an integral part of local culture. Villagers would regularly gather with their instruments to sing traditional folk songs. But in recent times popularity of these performing arts has been diminishing in many farming communities- threatening to destroy this key element of Chinese folk culture. BON's Kelda Yuen has more on what one region in China is doing to ward off the disintegration of China's rural arts.
