Next, grasp the breast with the fingers. One cycle consists of both grasping and releasing the breast once. Repeat the cycle thirty times. Massaging the chest may invigorate yang, promote qi energy, and is also useful for improving blood circulation, and enhancing the functions of the heart and lungs.
